So I’ve been thinking about starting a food blog…

I started one before and never made it past the first post. But I’ve been considering trying again, this time with a better camera (my roommates D-SLR), and a little motivation. The picture I posted earlier would be my first post, as I entered it in a Healthy Snack competition at a local yoga studio, and it got passed around so quickly through my sorority that one of the alum chapters (not even our local one!) is going to feature it in a cookbook they are publishing.

However, I need to choose a name for said blog. Since I’ve had this one for so long I was considering doing a play on the title. Thoughts are:

  • College Cooking with a Fraternity Girl
  • Constantly Cooking as a Fraternity Girl
  • College Cooking by a Fraternity Girl

The middle one is my favourite as of now, but what do you guys think?

Entered this baby in a recipe contest today. It’s my very own Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, a healthy twist on my favourite snack. Here’s to hoping that I win!
