Everyone makes a huge deal out of being Facebook Official.
J and I have been together since September, but this morning we decided we’d change our Facebook statuses. We didn’t do it before for a fear of doing so then breaking up, but we’re past that. But now that the status is changed everyone is like, “OMG FINALLY FBO!”. Calm your tits, guys. It’s only a link that attaches our two profiles.

Okay, this is a toughie. First off is Ro and Red; however, due to the nature of their blog they sometimes have to change their url (they post all their stories about love/sex/partying/college). Their last one was scandelsandsexcapades. Now they are here.
Another good one is Maleminded - his posts are hilarious and his page has gone viral, but I’ve been following him since day one.

Group presentation is up and ready to go...
My week is frickin’ hectic. I had a paper due yesterday, I’ve got a group presentation tomorrow, and I have a paper due on Friday, as well as an in-class final! So far so good though. I’m two pages into my paper (and am about to start working on it for the next 5 or so hours), and the group presentation is shaping up really nicely. For our group presentation we have to discuss the novel we read (The Gum Thief) and the allusions within it. I managed to bring in the Occupy Movement and I think I bring in some really powerful points. My focus is on Occupy Vancouver, as I find it to be basically a badly done copycat of the movement within the States. Despite what protestors say, we don’t have the same system, and things aren’t the same. The financial crisis of 2008 didn’t even affect Canadians nearly as badly as it did Americans. I won’t rant about it here, I need to save it for my presentation tomorrow. But seeing as I just got two A’s on group presentations this semester, I’m hoping I can manage a hat-trick tomorrow.

A Great Alternative to a Cake

A simple holiday treat:
1 part Light Eggnog
1 part UV Cake Vodka
Whip Cream on top
Directions- Pour Light eggnog and UV cake into a glass, mix well. Spray whip cream and top. Enjoy.
